This way may hurt a lot . People can manipulate everything you say . EVERYTHING . I've been there and done that to many people i know and hate . And yes , it hurts . We can lie just a spec of time . But really sometimes it can help and sometimes it hurts .

Stop everything that i know when its wrong.
Stop and just look.
Look and see if things change if i'm gone.
